Sweet potatos are full of vitamin A, fiber, and complex carbs. They're awesome for keeping you full and energized throughout your day. Plus, this breakfast bowl is topped with fruit and granola, so it hits every texture and flavor you'll want for a nourishing start to your day.
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
- 1 sweet potato
- plain dairy-free yogurt
- monk fruit
- coconut chips
- vegan chocolate spread
- 1 Love + Chew Cherry Almond cookie
- To roast your sweet potato, cut in halves, drizzle with oil and cook at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. The potato is cooked when a fork can easily pierce it.
- Let your sweet potato cool, then top with dairy-free yogurt. Finish by adding all other toppings.
