Superfoods Bowl
You're gonna love this chia seed pudding with a twist. It's the perfect recipe for a quick and healthy pick-me-up snack or breakfast. You can top it with fresh seasonal fruits, dried nuts, hemp seeds, granola, and of course, your favorite Love + Chew cookie!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup dairy free yogurt
- ½ cup berries
- ¼ Cup Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt Granola
- 1 Love + Chew Mocha Chip Cookie
Directions
- Pour chia seeds and flax seed into a bowl
- Add dairy free milk and yogurt and top with hemp seeds
- Add maple syrup and mix
- Put in fridge for 3 hours or overnight
- Top with berries
- Top with granola and your favorite Love + Chew Cookie
- Enjoy!
