You're gonna love this chia seed pudding with a twist. It's the perfect recipe for a quick and healthy pick-me-up snack or breakfast. You can top it with fresh seasonal fruits, dried nuts, hemp seeds, granola, and of course, your favorite Love + Chew cookie!



  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup dairy free yogurt
  • ½ cup berries
  • ¼ Cup Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt Granola
  • 1 Love + Chew Mocha Chip Cookie


    1. Pour chia seeds and flax seed into a bowl
    2. Add dairy free milk and yogurt and top with hemp seeds
    3. Add maple syrup and mix
    4. Put in fridge for 3 hours or overnight
    5. Top with berries
    6. Top with granola and your favorite Love + Chew Cookie
    7. Enjoy!
