I don't know about you, but summer is my favorite time of year; it feels everything slows down a bit and unwinds. It's the season of barbecues, days by the pool, sun-kissed checks, and vacations. Even though we aren't kids anymore on summer break, there are still so many ways to enjoy it as an adult!
Here is a list of self care activities that will surely get you in that summertime mindset, because we all could use more R&R in our lives. It's so important to make time for yourself, even 30 minutes can go a long way.
☀️ Plan a Staycation- If you can't go on a vacation to the tropics, you can still make do with a Staycation. Invite friends over for a weekend by the pool and pamper yourselves with food, music, and drinks. Try to unplug from technology as much as possible, that can make any day feel like a vacation!
