Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Thanks to @eat_real_love_fully_for this Strawberry Smoothie Bowl recipe! I don't know about you, but I'm a sucker for anything pink! Smoothie bowls are great for a pre or post workout snack, breakfast, or even a healthy dessert! Adding cauliflower to smoothies is a great way to reduce the sugar content, while giving it a creamy, thick consistency!

- ½ c. frozen Cauliflower
- ½ c. frozen strawberries
- 2 T. peanut butter
- 1 scoop of vanilla plant-based protein
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 1 Love + Chew Cherry Almond cookie
- 1 T. cacao nibs
1. Blend the cauliflower, strawberries, coconut milk, peanut butter, and protein powder in a blender until smooth. Feel free to add ice for a thicker consistency.
2. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with a crumbled Cherry Almond cookie and cacao nibs. Add sprinkles for a fun topping!
