Protein PumpkinĀ Cold Brew
This is for those who love cold brew even in the winter!š @juliannedhodgeĀ came up with this amazing protein shake recipe that tastes just like a pumpkin spice latte. The highlight: She topped the cold brew with our soft-baked Pumpkin Chip cookie which brings the right amount of sweetness.


Ingredients:
- 1 bananaā
- Ā 1/2 frozen cauliflower rice (optional)ā
- Ā 1/4 cup cold brewā
- Ā 1/4 cup almond milkā
- 1-2 tbsp pumpkin purĆ©eā
- pinch pumpkin spiceā
- 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder
- 1Ā - 2 ozĀ Love + Chew Pumpkin Chip CookieĀ
Directions:
Blend smoothie ingredients together then top w cookie. You may want more or less almond milk or cold brew. Add ice for extra volume!
