Protein Pumpkin Cold Brew

This is for those who love cold brew even in the winter!😉 @juliannedhodge came up with this amazing protein shake recipe that tastes just like a pumpkin spice latte. The highlight: She topped the cold brew with our soft-baked Pumpkin Chip cookie which brings the right amount of sweetness.


Pumpkin Protein Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana⁠
  •  1/2 frozen cauliflower rice (optional)⁠
  •  1/4 cup cold brew⁠
  •  1/4 cup almond milk⁠
  • 1-2 tbsp pumpkin purée⁠
  • pinch pumpkin spice⁠
  • 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder
  • 1 - 2 oz Love + Chew Pumpkin Chip Cookie 

    Directions:

    Blend smoothie ingredients together then top w cookie. You may want more or less almond milk or cold brew. Add ice for extra volume!
