Pink Pitaya Vanilla Dream Smoothie
With the temperature still turning up, we will take any chance we get to cool down! Smoothies are perfect for any time of the day and are a great opportunity to pack a snack full of vitamins and other nutrients! It is no secret we love food that gives you the best of both worlds, especially when they can be paired with our superfood cookies. This very, very pink smoothie is brought to by Hallie (@eat_real_live_fully)! Even with a healthy serving of cauliflower inside, you can indulge and won't be able to tell. Topped with our Chocolate Chia cookie and your choice of nut butter, you won't want to pass up this yummy recipe!

Total Time - 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Frozen dragon fruit
- 1/2 c frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop of plant-based protein
- 1 scoop of collagen
- 1 T cashew butter
- 1/4 c coconut milk
- 1 Love + Chew Chocolate Chia cookie
- 1 T. peanut butter
Instructions
1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth
2. Crumble Love + Chew Chocolate Chia Cookie on top and drizzle peanut butter
3. Enjoy!
