This vegan Peanut Butter Cup Oats is the perfect healthy on-the-go breakfast that will fuel up your body all day long 💪🏻

PREP TIME - 10 minutes
TOTAL TIME - overnight


  • ½ cup grain-free oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter OR a scoop of peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 PB Chip Love + Chew Cookies 


  1. Add all ingredients to the container and mix until combined.
  2. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Take out of the fridge in the morning and top with PB Chip Love + Chew Cookie.
