Nice Cream Sandwiches
It's raining in San Francisco, but that's not stopping us from making ice cream sandwiches! Make it NICE and check out @eatwjessg's recipe for a dairy-free summertime treat.
PREP TIME- 30 minutes
TOTAL TIME - 30 minutes
1 nice cream sandwich
Ingredients
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- Almond milk
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
(FOR PB NICE CREAM)
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 Tbsp @crazyrichardspb peanut powder
- 2 Tbsp @crazyrichardspb peanut butter
- Almond milk
- 4 Love + Chew cookies (your choice of flavors)
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Then put in freezer in lined pan for 1-2 hours to set.
2. Scoop nice cream onto 1 cookie, then place other on top. Place back in freezer to set, then EAT!
