We're knee deep into summer and we're relaxing poolside with a smoothie in hand. Nothing is more refreshing than a glass of our minty cacao smoothie! Get your veggies and sweet tooth fix all in one drink. For more smoothie ideas, click here

Minty Cacao Smoothie

PREP TIME - 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME - 10 minutes


  • Organic Cashew Nut Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp Organic Maca Root
  • 4 Organic Medjool Dates
  • 2 Organic Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • Handful of kale
  • 1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil
  • Large handful of ice (or use frozen bananas)
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint (be generous!)
  • Optional toppings: additional cacao nibs, mint sprig, or 1 cut up Love + Chew Chocolate Chia cookie


1. Blend all ingredients in a blender except the cacao nibs.

2. Add cacao nibs and blend on low (for that crunch!).

3. Add toppings and enjoy!
