Minty Cacao Smoothie
We're knee deep into summer and we're relaxing poolside with a smoothie in hand. Nothing is more refreshing than a glass of our minty cacao smoothie! Get your veggies and sweet tooth fix all in one drink. For more smoothie ideas, click here!
PREP TIME - 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME - 10 minutes
- Organic Cashew Nut Milk
- 3 tablespoons Cacao nibs
- 1 tsp Organic Maca Root
- 4 Organic Medjool Dates
- 2 Organic Banana (fresh or frozen)
- Handful of kale
- 1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil
- Large handful of ice (or use frozen bananas)
- 6 sprigs fresh mint (be generous!)
- Optional toppings: additional cacao nibs, mint sprig, or 1 cut up CompletEats Chocolate Chia cookie
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender except the cacao nibs.
2. Add cacao nibs and blend on low (for that crunch!).
3. Add toppings and enjoy!
