Mini Love + Chew Toasts

This indulgent L+C Toast is the sweet version of the beloved Avocado Toast - with all the same health benefits! Pair our mini cookies (3g protein | 2g fiber each) with a schmear of vegan cream cheese or peanut butter and top with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, nuts or any flavor combo that you desire!

   

Ingredients

• Vegan cream cheese
• Strawberries
• Peanut butter
• Banana
• Blueberries
• Maple syrup
• 3 different mini Love + Chew cookies

Directions

1. Place each cookie on a plate
2. On the first cookie, add the vegan cream cheese and sliced strawberries
3. For the second cookie, add peanut butter and sliced banana
4. For the last cookie, add the blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
5. Enjoy!
