Kristin's Favorite Vegan Snacks
Looking for some Veganuary ideas for snacks? We turned to our Operations Manager, Kristin, for some ideas.


TBH Hazelnut Spread - Launched by “Stranger things” actor Noah Schnapp, TBH is a cleaner, palm-oil free hazelnut spread that is a healthier alternative to Nutella. Tips: eat with chopped apples, spread on toast, or eat straight out of the jar!
Tempeh - I do a lot of plant based protein. My husband does an awesome tofu recipe, and he loves tofu. I prefer tempeh-I like it because it is firm. I just sear it and mix it with veggies. I have been eating it for lunch for a few years now.

Orgain Protein Powder - I always do a protein shake, so that is a tough one because it isn't really a snack. And then I do berries if I feel that I need them.

Chocolate Chia Cookie - My favorite L+C flavor is the chocolate chia cookie and the minis are great for a post-work snack. I love these vegan chocolate cookies, which are also wfpb cookies. I’ll be eating this all Veganuary!

Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins - I like using ripe bananas for this recipe and these are great for on the go. I also have a wonderful plant based muffin recipe that I make every 1-2 weeks. My husband loves them, so that is a plus. They also make the house smell amazing while they bake.
