High Protein Vegan Cookie Smoothie

Filled with superfoods, probiotics, and protein, this vegan and gluten-free cookie smoothie makes the most perfect high protein post-workout snack that will be sure to keep you full for hours!


        
PREP TIME - 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME - 10 minutes
SERVINGS - 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop PB protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 Banana Bread Love + Chew Cookies 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into your blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour half of the smoothie into a cup and add half of the Love + Chew cookie crumbles.
4. Pour the other half of the smoothie until the glass is almost full and add the other half of the Love + Chew cookie crumbles on top.
5. Dig in and enjoy!
