Healthy Vegan Chocolate Sauce
For Chocolate and Caramel day, weâre sharing our favorite healthy chocolate sauce to get you inspired! This Healthy Vegan Chocolate Sauce is a staple recipe in our kitchen - we love it drizzled on fresh strawberries, our Mocha Chip cookies, or drizzled in smoothie bowls.
Not only does it taste great, it packs a powerful health punch - full of healthy fats and antioxidants from the cacao, we also love adding a pinch of sea salt for electrolytes and a teaspoon of maca powder for boosting energy and endurance. Maca also helps fight sun damage, improves blood pressure, and helps fight free radicals in the body, so we sneak it into the recipe whenever we make it (which is often)!
Are you a maca fan? Weâd love to know if youâve tried maca or this recipe - tag us in your chocolate creations on Instagram and show us what youâre up to!
