If you like turmeric lattes, then you'll go crazy for this Golden Bliss Turmeric Tahini Smoothie! Turmeric is a strong anti-inflammatory with immunity boosting properties. We love it because it adds a kick of flavor and a beautiful color to our smoothies. This smoothie, made by @ducklet1 does it all. It's sweet, spicy, and there's a secret boost of veggies!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 tbsp sweetener (we like date syrup or agave)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp ashwaganda powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 heaping tbsp tahini
- 3/4 cup plant milk of choice
Toppings
- mandarin orange segments
- pomegranate seeds
- unsweetened cacao chips
- hempseeds
- 1 Love + Chew Chocolate Chia cookie
Instructions
- Blend together all smoothie ingredients.
- Top with toppings of your choice! The original recipe calls for the ones above, but feel free to sub out for what you have!
