Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 small nub frozen ginger
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut water
- A few ice cubes
- Love + Chew banana bread cookies
Optional:
- Plant based protein powder
- Vegan chocolate chips
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Pulsate till smooth and thick.
3. In a glass layer smoothie, cookies, and chocolate chips.
