IngredientsÂ
- 2 frozen bananasÂ
- 1 cup frozen cauliflowerÂ
- 1/2 avocadoÂ
- 1 T. chia seedsÂ
- 1 T. cacao powderÂ
- 1 T. maca powderÂ
- 3 drops of peppermint oil or extractÂ
ToppingsÂ
- 1 handful of a fruit and nut mix
- A few squares of dark chocolateÂ
- 2 crumbled Love + Chew Chocolate Chia cookiesÂ
InstructionsÂ
- Blend smoothie ingredients until smooth and desired consistency is reached.Â
- Pour mixture into a large bowl, add your toppings, and enjoy!Â
