Oatmeal is a lot like ice cream- there are so many different toppings to choose from! Now, I'm not saying this Banana Bread Oatmeal tastes as good as ice cream, but its a close second. Are you team almond butter, or peanut butter on your oatmeal? We're team peanut butter this time.
Oatmeal is a complex carb, meaning it digests slowly to help keep your feeling full for longer. Oats are also a great source of fiber and help to lower cholesterol. For more oatmeal recipes, click here.
