Almond Butter Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients
Crust:
- 3 1/2 Love + Chew Banana Bread cookies
Filling:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2-1tsp cinnamon
- 1tbsp coconut flour
Top:
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate
Instructions
1. Press the cookies down into a baking pan and let sit.
2. Mix the filling ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
3. Add the mixed filling on top of the cookie layer and let sit.
4. Melt the vegan chocolate and pour all over the filling layer and let sit until the chocolate has cooled down.
5. Now eat!!
